WE'RE BACK!!!! We've been busy preparing for opening day on September 8th. Like most places, we have new procedures and precautions in place to ensure that th...e safety of our staff and members remains our #1 priority. Unfortunately our fee-for-service Before and After School Programs will not be operating at this time. We are, however, open at our main site with very limited spaces (15 children ages 5-9 and 15 youth ages 10-14). This means that our main site will no longer be a Drop-in Program and all members MUST be registered to attend. Membership forms are available online or for pick up at our main site located at 1301-104th St. North Battleford. Memberships are valid until December 2021 and are still ONLY $5.00 per child. Registration opens August 31, 2020- call the office (306-445-0002) to register your child(ren) for programming. We can't wait to see you and give you a big air five! #BoysAndGirlsClubsOfTheBattlefords #NorthBattleford #ClubStrong
It's Garden Harvest Time! Tips from your local Public Health Nutritionist, Stacey Wiens:
It can be hard for children to understand constantly changing rules, and the different decisions that each family must make as they go along. It’s hard to make plans when things are always shifting, and it’s frustrating to not have all the answers. But we’re all still in this together. You can help children by modeling good listening, thoughtfulness, compassion, and empathy. Encourage children to ask you questions about how others are doing, what’s been happening in their lives, and why they may be making certain choices or plans.

Access all the benefits and financial relief measures supporting Canadians in one, simple, easy to use location. The Financial Relief Navigator (FRN), is an Eng...lish and French online tool providing a one-stop portal to help vulnerable Canadians access critical emergency benefits and financial relief from governments, financial institutions, telecoms and internet providers. While some other tools focus on only emergency benefits, the FRN collectively pulls together relief measurers from all of these entities. #financialreliefnav https://financialreliefnav.prospercanada.org/
