Baumeier has made many investments in top-of-the-line equipment over the years to ensure that we can bring a diverse range of projects to life and "Make It Happen" for our customers. One of these imperative investments is the Starvision CNC Milling Machine. This Vertical Milling Unit includes a process table that measures 4ft x 10ft x 20ft and runs in 5 axis mode. Also, the end cabinet door can be opened; allowing for parts that extend beyond 20 feet in length.

Baumeier's diversity serves a wide variety of manufacturing sectors. We not only construct parts and full fabrications for Nuclear/Medical fields, we also proudly produce parts for the Food Processing industry. This part is made from 316L stainless, standing approximately 3 feet in height. It went through numerous stages before completion; water jet cutting, laser cutting, brake forming, milled, welding, hand polishing and shot blasting. All of these services and more are d...one in-house. The welds are seamless making this part appear as one piece which helps reduce contaminated build ups. www.baumeier.com

Congratulations to the University of Toronto Blue Sky Solar Racing Team after encountering numerous challenges along the 1900 mile route, the team pushed through and successfully placed 3rd out of all of the competing teams at the 2016 American Solar Challenge! We have proudly partnered with ClaroNav to manufacture Surgical 3D Optical Tracking Instruments for their Medical NaviEnt Navigation System. These Surgical Instruments are made with the utmost precision to collaborate with laser optic measuring, allowing surgeons to measure within .05mm tolerances while performing ENT procedures.
