LISTING FEES: When selling a home the real estate costs are significant, When selling a home the seller pays all the real estate fees, they pay the person to listicles the home, the person who represents you the seller. The seller also pays the costs for a second realtor who brings a buyer. We will reduce the listing portion of the fees by 25% of what is considered typical in the industry. Note that, by law all real estate fees are negotiable.... BUY ONE GET ONE HALF OFF!! If you buy a home using me as your agent, I will sell your home for 50% off the typical book rate listing fee. There is no time limit, if you buy or have bought a home using me as your agent, the offer is good. If you buy a home though me, keep that in your pocket for future use. NEW HOME BUYERS DEAL!!!! If you’re a first-time home buyer, or first time using me as your agent, I will pay the legal fees on your purchase with a lawyer of your choice. (just the legal fees not the disbursements).
