I would like to share something that happened on our trail system recently and it needs to be addressed, At some point some individuals decided that going throu...gh private property and dismantling gates and breaking locks that were put in place on a bridge crossing to protect the landowners and prevent use of the land in the off season. As a result of their actions time and money is being spent fixing the damage to hopefully prevent additional vandalism from happening again. If anyone knows anything about this please feel free to send me a private message and we will address it. The club and town spend a lot of resources in trying to keep our trails open and the challenges that we all face in the snowmobile season and are now faced with acts like this. There are NO atv or SXS trails in the Gravenhurst area and or an organized club. As a volunteer and non for profit organization we simply can not be dealing with cases such as this regularly. Are abusing no trespassing and permit trails in our area 1 trails are marked and developed by hard working volunteers 2 non marks trails on private land or snowmobile trail not mark for ATVer Are not to be used with out permission This text is to wake up ATV er to member and non member ...
