Bay Light Orchestra is actively seeking a rehearsal space in the North Simcoe area! If you have a space for a small orchestra to rehearse please can you message us?We want to get playing again but the schools and rec centres are not yet able to open up to allow us to do so. Please can you help?

A huge thanks to the town of Midland for providing a grant to enhance our podcast features for ‘ Midland Makes Music’. The Bay Light Orchestra is providing highlights of some of the amazing music of our area- please watch this space!

Bay Light Orchestra is looking for players so that we can start up again in the Fall! There is a need to regenerate live music in our area after the pandemic! It is our aim to rehearse in Elmvale, which will give wider access to the surrounding communities. Due to Covid 19, our concert on June 6th is cancelled. Thanks to all our amazing musicians who have been supporting us throughout the season. Without you guys, our orchestra wouldn’t exist and that’s why it’s important to keep you all safe and well.I know it has been disappointing to discontinue rehearsals recently. Hopefully it won’t be too long before it’s safe enough to play together. Look after yourselves.
