Be aware there is logging going on in the Baysville area on Old Wagon Rd , Logging trucks may be on trails 102 , 45 , 101 and 47 . Ride with caution . Eric

We have removed 22 large trees that was blocking trail 23 , trail 23 is now clear . The bridge on trail T3.11 has been redecked . If you come across other trees down please let us know the location of them. Eric

Our summer trails are now closed. We are changing over to our winter trails . Our Red winter trails are open as we only have 6 inchs of snow. We are asking that you stay off of the Green trails so we can get them groomed and frozen. Because we only have 6 inchs of snow we need this snow to work with for the grooming. If you ride the Green trail you will grind the snow into the mud leaving us with nothing to work with , Thus delaying the opening of the Green Groomed trails. Thank You Eric

All our trails area still open in summer mode, ice is starting to form on all water holes put is still not thick enough to support atv weight in some holes. Ride with caution . If you come across trees down on the trail , please let me know so we can clear them before winter trails open. Please give me trail # , location on the trail and tree size. We will post when the winter trails are open . Remember your Lake of Bays ATV annual pass includes our winter pass. Eric

Trail 102 that was closed for hunting season is now open. All trails are open until we get 12 inchs of snow , at which time we switch to winter trails.

Lake of Bays ATV Club has purchased a new Groomer for the upcoming winter ATV trails. Get your annual ATV pass from Lake of Bays ATV Club for $125 and you get the winter pass for free.

Hunting season starts Oct 24th and runs to Nov 15th. trail 102 from Henney lake rd to trail 45 is now closed .Use trail 40 ( Old wagon rd ) to enter our trail system from Baysville . All other trails are open. Wear a bright high Vis coat ( bright orange or bright green ) if you are going to ride during hunting season. Be respectfull to the hunters. Eric

Lake of Bays ATV Club is gearing up for our 4th season with winter ATV trails. We are adding one more groomed winter trail and 6 ungroomed winter trails. Winter ATV trail pass is $50 , your Lake of Bays ATV annual pass includes the winter pass. ATV and SxS with tracks are highly recommended as tracks give you access to groomed and ungroomed trails, Tracks also do a lot less damage to the groomed trails .

The Huntsville hospital is doing a fund raising today for new equipment, anyone wishing to donate contact the hospital and tell them you are with the atv club, we have a anonymous donor that will match the total donations from atv clubs. Eric

We have done a lot of trail work in the last two week , the tree tops and corduroy on trail 33 and trail 23 that were left by the loggers have been removed. Trail 26 has been cleaned and extended , trail 50 has been extended , trail 24 has been cleaned. trail 37 is a new trail off trail 30 . Pick up the new 2020 ATV trail map which has 7 new trails over last year. Eric

Lake of Bays ATV Trails are opening on May 12th, social distancing rules still apply , no more than 5 in a group , two ups and SxS can only have a passenger from the same house hold .

Ontario is still under a state of emergency and all orders are in place until May 12th.Which means all non- essentinal travel and recreational areas are restricted. The OPP are askiing riders not to use recreational trails. Therefore all Lake of Bays ATV trails are closed until MAY 12th. Eric

We were out checking the trails saturday april 4th . The frost is now coming out , and the ground is very wet and soft. The trails are now closed until May 1st so that the trails have a chance to dry out . Eric

Snowmobile trails in the Lake of Bays ATV Club area are now closed to snowmobiles. All Lake of Bays ATV Club trails are now open . Including trails 101, 45 , 102 , B , 64 , T1.1 , T1.5 , T1.9 and T1.7 , You must use the offical Summer ATV map when riding trails that appear to be groomed by the snowmobile clubs. Snowmobile trails that are on private land are off limits to atv,s so you must follow the ATV maps .We are now in summer mode. Trails will close sometime in April when the frost is coming out of the trails to give the trails time to dry out. Eric
