Well, we hope the low life that ripped our office sign off our building needed it more then we did.
This is a bit difficult to read as I took a picture of the print out; however, these words are very meaningful and I needed to share. These words were written by one of my work family/team members as I part of a bid for this years Parksville and District Chamber of Commerce Business Awards. She doesnt know how much these simple words mean but I will be sure to express to her their significance. I am lucky to work with some amazing people, a core group that understands what we are trying to produce and how they can be part of that process. What one of our wonderful clients is communicating to their strata owners. Council is very pleased to have Bayview as our property manager. The transition from the previous property manager did not take long and was not particularly difficult. Bayview have an office in Courtenay, and Dan, who is our lead manager works out of this local office and resides locally. The Corporation now has access to a wide range of qualified and reliable, local contractors known to Bayview, a...nd benefits from discounts on insurance, banking, etc. Dan has been a conscientious manager and easy to work with. Council would like to thank him for his work over the past year and is personally pleased to note that Councils work with Bayview is less stressful as compared with prior property management companies. So, being a member of Council is now easier than before, and The Corporations owners and residents have, for the most part, pulled together more as a community.
