À l’approche de la Saint-Valentin, nous partageons des initiatives qui nous ont réchauffé le cœur, cet hiver! Depuis le début de la pandémie, Bread and Beyo...nd nous fournit de 50 à 130 sandwichs par jour faits maison avec beaucoup d’amour en plus d'autres articles essentiels, tels que des bas de laine pour garder les pieds au chaud. Ces dons nous aident à répondre aux besoins immédiats des Montréalaises en situation d'itinérance qui dépendent de nos services d'urgence à longueur d'année. Nous les remercions pour leur soutien incroyable et les ondes positives que leur équipe nous envoie! /// As Valentine's Day approaches, we're sharing initiatives that have warmed our hearts this winter! Since the beginning of the pandemic, Bread and Beyond has been providing us with 50-130 sandwiches handmade with love every day, along with other essentials such as wool socks to keep feet warm. These donations help us meet the urgent needs of homeless Montrealers who rely on our emergency services year-round. We thank them for their incredible support and all the positivity they send our way!

A team of volunteers will be preparing homemade sandwiches and snacks to be distributed to the homeless on Saturday, February 20th, 2021. Thanks to the Emergency Community Support Fund, the Foundation of Greater Montréal & Community Foundations of Canada, Bountiful Blessings are able to provide individuals with grocery gift cards to assist with basic food items. For sure Valentines Day is horribly commercial and definitely, we should show love every day of the year...but this year more than ever our unhoused and vulnera...ble citizens need to be shown that we care, and we are thinking of themand because we can’t easily tell them that.. we are doing the next best thing.. sending the message all week through cake, cookies, candy- - and of course sandwiches- - made with love! This month's SOS Grocery Gift Card giveaway has quickly come to a close. We had an overwhelming response to our post and as a result we have exhausted our resources for this month.
