We're excited to announce the appointment of Dominika Krzeminska as BBBS Regina's Executive Director. I am very excited to be returning to Regina to join Big Brothers Big Sisters of Regina & Area. I look forward to growing with the organization as it enters its 50th year; all the while recognizing that given the current times of uncertainty it is more important than ever that young people have access to mentorship to realize their full potential. - Dominika Read the full announcement: https://bbbsregina.ca/events-news/

Warning: Heartwarming Story Luke (Big) and Khailo (Little) have been matched for the past 3 years. Coming from a sole-parent family household, his mom recognized when Khailo was young, the importance of a positive male role model in Khailo's life.... BBBS has done just that, and opened up new and exciting opportunities for Khailo, such as: Paintballing Go-carting Mechanical work Raquetball, basketball and baseball Attending Pats Hockey Games and Participating in Tim Horton's Camps A quote from Khailo's mom, reinforces the value of supporting BBBS: "The impact that [BBBS] has had on my son’s life is indescribable and I remain grateful. Big Brothers is contributing GREATLY to fostering a new generation of healthy boys who are likely to be contributing members of our society. My son even talks about the idea of becoming a Big Brother himself in the future to "pay it forward", because he knows what it has meant to him and what young boys are seeking while growing up." Thank you, Luke, for being a Big deal for youth such as Khailo! If you want to support Big's, such as Luke, help make a difference, donate here: https://regina.ca/donate Powered by PTI

Meet Bryanna - pictured enjoying her @HoBo Donuts she was one of our Big Brothers Big Sisters Day Giveaway Winners, last month! Unbeknownst to us, she and her family's involvement with BBBS runs deep... Bryanna was a "Big Sister" herself and was introduced to the organization by her mom who was also a "Big Sister" in the '80s. And Bryanna's brother recently joined @BBBSSaskatoon as a "Big Brother". Super grateful for this family ... We love to see families getting involved as mentoring truly impacts generations Powered by PTI

We would like to give a BIG shout out to PTI Partner Technologies Incorporated and the Partyka Family. They are a long standing and amazingly generous sponsor. PTI has been the Presenting Sponsor for our Annual Business Dinner for quite a few years. This year, the Business Dinner isn't happening, but it wasn't surprising to learn that PTI wanted to instead pour that money directly into supporting our Bigs and Littles. This support means we can continue supporting the ...youth in our community who need a Big Brother or Big Sister now, more than ever!
