FINALLY! I finally did a workout program exactly as scheduled - start to finish!!!!! I learned alot and I'm SO much stronger!... Gains: -6.8 lbs -17 inches 5lbs tricept kickbacks to 12lbs 7.7lbs bicep curls to 18lbs sleeping better just about every night so much more flexible can actually hold plank now can actually do mtn climbers 4 full pushups to 15 learned that I need to give myself the flexibility to change the plan if I need to - to pivot and keep going What now? Keep going! Cuz this isn't about 9 weeks and done, this is about a healthy lifestyle. I created a modified schedule from one of the classic programs that I love. I added workouts from my soulmate program and subbed for workouts that are too long during the week. I also added a rest day every 3 workouts. I'm looking forward to this. Who wants to join me? The gym. It's not the only way to workout, it's not even the best way. Don't get hung up on the fancy machinery - what if I told you that you CAN get results without going to the gym? Without wasting time on travel. Without spending extra on "gym clothes" and at a fraction of the cost of a gym membership!... For me the gym is such a waste of time - time I could be spending doing stuff I love. If I chose to go to the gym, I'd waste at least and hour driving, at least an half hour in the change room and then another hour actually in the gym. 2.5 hrs?!!!!!! I could do it all in an hour or less!
