DAY 1!!! My team is already on fire and its only 10am!!! I spoke with each of them last week and all of them have their own WHYs and GOALS they want to achieve in these 9 weeks. I am there to help them stay on track and motivate them as much as I can. ... We also spoke nutrition. Our programs come with many options depending on your lifestyle and goals. Sometimes, we need to figure out our own path to find nutritional healthy happiness, stress free. Removing what stresses you out from the equation can have more positive effects on your whole being than following a plan to a T that stresses you out and makes you miserable. Done with resolutions! In with creating NEW HABITS! For me, it started with a pair of ski pants! That's it! That's all it took for me to enter into "Creating New Healthy Habits" mode! Not being able to fit in THOSE ski pants is what got me going. It was motivation for me to start making changes in my life. To look back at what I did or was doing that got me to not be able to fit in those damn pants.... MOTIVATION is where we start. We work on a goal or goals. Once we reach that goal then what? Do we just stop?? Heck NO! That is when we start working on creating HABITS! This is where we start forming a ROUTINE and setting new little GOALS! You just keep going. Finishing a goal, start a new one. It takes 21 DAYS to form a habit. I also recommend once the habit is formed, to not take long breaks. You then, will need to go back into FORMING HABIT mode! The vicious cycle to many fall into! I am starting a 9 WEEK health + fitness CHALLENGE group around Jan 11th. That is way many more days than Creating Habit mode! I can guide you on how to start with your nutrition + fitness. I can guide you on what you need? The group + I can help with motivation. NO judgment zone! All you need is to just say YES! Or F%$k It! It takes one little moment of curiosity. It takes one little moment of wanting to give it a try. It takes one little moment of wanting to start something new. It takes one little moment to reach out.... It also on takes 5 seconds to talk yourself out of it. Our NEW PROGRAM launched TODAY! And I'm excited to be doing it with 4 amazing women! We are all starting together JANUARY 11TH! And hopefully end together 9 weeks later. But... We are all on our own journeys and following our own paths. We are all dedicated but also know things can derail our plans. One thing for sure though, is that we always get back up and FINISH what we started!!
