Barbecue is and always has been one of the worlds great unifiers. From the old school pig pickings in the Carolinas to the friendly and fun line ups in central Texas. Barbecue has always been about bringing people from all walks of life together. As ambassadors of the art in these troubled times we want to step up and do what we can to help. We’d love to host a charity event in our shop to bring people together and support the cause but unfortunately we can’t just yet so as of today we’ll be donating $1 from every take out order this week to charities that help fight systemic racism.
