Bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs! Shout out to @pkgrills. I have one of your 360's at the family cottage and love when I get the time to use it! (not very often) Smoked these little guys for almost 3 hours and around 175-225, few beers involved so I couldn't tell you the exact temp! .
