Time for an update! Things have definitely not gone to plan this year, lol. July almost over! I have decided to downsize my food trailer business and I am putting my food trailer up for sale, someone coming to look at it tomorrow. Do Not Panic! lol, I have decided to build a new smaller one. With being smaller I will be more mobile, and I will be able to come to you! I have talked with a few business I have feed and they are very excited for me to come to them to feed their ...staff or for customer appreciation. Until its built I can not sit around and do nothing, lol, I will be working part-time helping in the Younie's Kitchen with Helen. :) I still have the dream of one day to have my sit down restaurant. Those lease buildings I almost had and then lost probably has been a blessing right now. Maybe one day. <3

Calling all realtors!! I need help! I have dealt with 5 or more realtors in the last couple of years looking for a lease building. I have had 3 places total that has fallen through now. The realtors i have dealt with disappear after them telling me they will keep an eye out and get back to me with new places and they dont. :( I keep seeing places that would be a good fit for me AFTER they are leased out to new people. I have been told that most of the good places are not even listed, I need someone on the inside scoop who will help me find a place and who wont stop until we do. If you are an eager realtor or you know someone, send them my way please. No offense to any realtors I have already talked/dealt with, I just want to find a place. :)

Lost another building :( this time the building owner strung me along for a month before he decided he didn't want to have food in the building!! And there's already a bakery in the building!!! :/ This is the third lease building that Ive lost.

Was all ready to go this morning and now I don't have a cook today nothing seems to be going right lately. :( Feel like I'm letting you all down, unreliable with my hours, health issues, staff issues.... building I was going to lease has fallen through as well. Still looking at other options for the near future. In the meantime I'm going to have to close until further notice. Sorry
