Good morning lovelies! Let me reintroduce myself. My name is Kimberly and I'm the face and designer behind Blue Buddha Designs. I'm married to my high school sweetheart, Matt (and yes, still madly in love!) But my most favorite thing in the world is being a proud hockey mom to my almost 16 year old son, Grayden. I'm an empath, introvert, highly sensitive, INFJ. I feel things so deeply and feel the emotions of others around me. I try to lead my life with love, compassion a...nd intention daily. I have struggled with anorexia, bulimia, leaky gut, SIBO, anxiety and severe depression for most of my life, and was probably closer to losing my life than I'd like to admit. The years of abuse on my body, mind, and spirit with a deadly low weight in the 80's lead me to many problems physically, mentally and emotionally to overcome. I have battled daily to make myself whole and healthy. Through the years I've seen many doctors and tried almost anything to heal and feel well. On my journey I have also turned to holistic remedies to find some reprieve from the pain. Among the favorites that I've incorporated and have worked for me on my individual path are yoga, meditation, affirmations, essential oils, reiki (I have my level 1 so far) and lastly healing crystals and gemstones....which by some divine reason has brought me to my passion of creating love and healing for others in my jewelry as well. GROUND ME: The root chakra represents our foundation. On the human body, it sits at the base of the spine and gives us the feeling of being grounded. When the root chakra is open, we feel strong and confident in our ability to withstand challenges and stand on our own two feet.
