B.C. Chinese-Canadian Charity Group Society

BC Chinese-Canadian Charity Group was selected for Prime Minister's Office for the charity's contribution in fighting Covid-19! It's the honor belong to the charity and Chinese Communities!! A couple of days ago the charity spoke in an online meeting to celebrate Asian Heritage Month. The meeting was chaired by Honorable Joyce Murray (Minister of Digital Government) and Honorable Bardish Chagger (Minister of Diversity and Inclusion and Youth). The ministers were impressed by the charity's enormous effort to help fight Covid-19. See the video at the link for what the charity and Chinese Communities have done to help our country!

Montreal-based care homes created this video to thank BC Chinese-Canadian Charity Group for their donation of much-needed PPE! While we're together in this to fight Covid-19, the charity has done even more to help our society! Thank you!! The charity under Caryn’s leadership mobilized quickly in response to Covid-19 outbreak and sent much-needed PPE to frontline medical workers and care homes. Local chinese communities and volunteers donated the PPE and the charity distributed to where it was needed. Caryn, a local business woman, was once asked by media why she established this charity and contributed not only fund and enormus time to support our frontline medical workers. Her response is that virus won’t differentiate one from another and we are all in this together! Her words resonant through Chinese-Canadian communities!
