Are you thinking about getting longer eyelash extensions ? always remember the golden guideline of no longer than 3mm past the length of your natural lashesw...hen a lash artist applies longer eyelash extensions here is a few things you should know 1. Longer lashes are going to be heavier and weigh down the natural lash. 2. They might look great when you leave the studio but they can quickly twist and turn and connect to one another causing lashes to either hurt or fall of fast usually from more touching or rubbing them this happens by default 3. They fall out faster , PERIOD ! Our natural lashes are not able to support the weight of this long of a eyelash extension. 4. Overtime they will damage your natural lashes (on average our natural lashes don't grow past 11,12mm at most) all the weight and stress on your natural lashes will do damage 5. They get spares and don't look full (spider legs) 6. Volume fans can stick together faster All this being said : these factors can be adjusted / avoided with proper application based on length of the natural lash length and proper aftercare Working together in harmony and finding a happy medium which means good communication is best on both parties Follow guideline + happy lash line = happy client Lash love See more
