What a great party! B.C Mountain Trail Championships in Kamloops! The season leader awards were given out tonight . It's been a challenging year with Covid but we've had a great year. Jean Fothergill and Buzz Open Novice ...Donna Barker and Suzie Tomorrow we compete again and the points accumulated are added to season leader to determine our overall Champions and the winners of the Buckles. B.C. Mountain Trail Championships are soon approaching! Please get your entries in as soon as possible...the Championship Buckles are ordered, the Season Leader Awards are embroidered and ready to go. Please take advantage of the Mystery (fun) class at the end of the day, as it will allow some time for the final points to be tallied for the weekend, and is appropriate for all levels. We will be having a wine and dessert party on Saturday night, hosted by Abbott Wealth Man...agement where we will announce the Season Leader Awards, as well as find the lucky key that will open the trunk. And finally, thank you to Kari Schumland for taking these great pictures of us, as part of a fundraiser.....they have all been sent now, so if you don't get yours, please check your junk mail box. I had a hard time only picking two from all the pictures taken, and I wanted to show you all off to the many Face Book followers...May I just say that we all look fantastic and we should be very proud of our 2020 achievements. Unfortunately, I don't have pictures of everyone who participated in our Challenges, but we thank you for your ongoing support. I'd also like to thank everyone who donated something for the contents of the trunk. The winner will be so spoiled. See more

Good morning Everyone I'm looking forward to spending the weekend with you all, we have 24 entries, including 3 new riders entering ...I have some new surprise obstacles I hope you'll enjoy. Covid rules as usual... no concession, but a corn roast Saturday evening. Park tight (within reason) if you're camping. As we all know, Covid has held us back a little this year, and we haven't asked for outside sponsorship, however, it looks like with our $10.00 show fee and the tru...nk proceeds, we may be able to purchase buckles. Kari Scmuland , our photographer has kindly offered , for a donation of $20.00 , to take your pictures (many of them) and email them all to you....with the proceeds going to our Finals Fund. Pictures are the sure way of letting you know how you look to the judges, and are a great learning tool. If you would like photos, please sign up and state your name , phone number and email as well as your rider number for her. There will be a clipboard on the desk with the maps, etc. I'm still accepting donations for the trunk...It's looking pretty good, but there's still some room at the top. Mountain Trail Fundraiser The treasure chest had been put aside due to the uncertainty of the 2020 show season...I'm happy to say we are up and running , the treasure chest is filling again with recent donations from Uneek Creationz, Kristine Henry, Judy Gibbard, Donna Barker, Hanging H Arena, Cindy Schinkle, Schumland family, Levi Hughes, and many more...these items range from horse items and tack to bake wear, photography sessions, art and knick knacks. Definitely... Christmas for one luck key holder... we have 2 shows left before the Finals where we find find the key that unlocks the trunk. Everyone is encouraged to buy keys, they are $20.00 per key, they have been numbered , tucked in envelopes and kept in a special hiding place. You can message me to choose a key number, e-transfer or catch me at Shumway next weekend to pay... With only 50 keys total, your chances of winning is great. Happy Canada Day Everyone! Thank you all for attending the Mountain Trail Show at the Hanging H Arena June 13th /14th...
