Almost had a double amputee but we performed some successfull late night surgery and she is recovering nicely. She will be released to her family later today....just in time for christmas

New soles for these viberg lineman boots. The soles seperated and I was surprised to find that the midsole was just glued on and not stitched....but it is now! They got an upgrade

Looking for some last minute christmas gifts? I have several handmade belts ready to go....just need to be cut to your desired length. I have some dog leashes made up in black or pink and I could probably squeeze a knife sheath or 2 in. I also have these cool lock laces, skate laces and lots of boot and shoe laces for stocking stuffers. I will be open regular hours through the holidays and around for skate sharpening when you need!

Apologies for the slow turnaround times lately! For nearly 2 months i have been struggling to walk and spend much time on my feet. Im still open and im doing my best but its been a struggle. As i heal i will try and put more time in the shop and get caught up.

These old favorites got a full recraft! New handstitched welts, new shanks, new leather soles, new heel blocks and then some rubber soleguards to add traction and life to the soles!

Myth#1 Can you just glue these soles back on quick? You have better glue than me. Tip....its not the glue but the level of effort involved. You cant just squirt some glue on top of dirt and hope it will stick. ... These are just an example of a reglue that i have in front of me and this isnt directed at anyone. Its just a common problem that i want to address I spent 30-40 min removing the old soles and rubbing, wiping and sanding the old glue off both surfaces without damaging them....then ill prep the surfaces with primers, then 2 coats of glue and then hopefully get the cup sole to go on properly. Basically a full resole.....with the old soles....but the only way that i can guarantee it stays put A very time consuming job for me and i will gladly sell you the glue if you want to do it yourself and save some money!

Another pair of viberg caulks done! New shanks, handstitched leather welt soles, new caulk soles made of a hard rubber called topy strong, stacked leather heel block, all brass hardware so it doesnt rust, restitched some seams and a fresh coat of huberds shoe grease!

Custom leather? Ya i do a bit of that too

A common problem with lined boots or shoes is that the liner gets ripped up on the inside of the heels. I make patterns and cut out leather heel liners, then glue and stitch them in place.

For those who dont know....ladies high heels lifts are replaceable and a very affordable repair. I have every size and most colors in stock. I can even repair ones like this, though its better for both our sake if you dont let them get this bad! Lol!

New leather soles, vibram half soles, new stacked leather heel blocks and matching vibram heels for these frye boots! Did a custom edge on the half soles to protect the stitching and tried to get creative with the dye on the leather soles! Finished with some conditioner and a neutral polish to keep the nice patina these are showing!
