The answer: If the umpire, either by their own observation or on appeal by one of the skips or opponents in Singles, decides that the players in possession of the rink are being interfered with, annoyed, or distracted in any way by their opponents, warn the player and take action if it continues. The answer: No. Before delivery, a player must be standing on the mat with all or part of at least one foot on the mat. When delivering the jack or a bowl, the player must have all or part of one foot on or above the mat. This week's question is: A bowler has received permission from the governing body to use an artificial arm due to a medical condition. Does the player have to use the arm throughout the length of the game?

The answer: No. Before the start of play in each end, the player to play first must place the centre line of the mat lengthwise along the centre line of the rink, with the mat line at least 2 metres from the rear ditch and at least 25 metres from the front ditch. This week’s question is: Frosty the Snowman is playing doubles and some of his snow is melting on the mat, causing it to be slippery. The ump realizes this situation is not covered by the Laws of the Sport. What action should be taken?

Among these, senior squad member Rob Law was elected as a director and will begin his term immediately.
