Adding everything that is on the shopping list and our BC Buds Garlic Thai Red Curry spice pack. To a blender I made a Thai red paste that I freeze in a ice cube tray for later dinners. Adding halibut, scallops to a wok, searing them for flavour only takes a couple of minutes. I add vegetables, BC Buds Garlic Thai Red curry paste, coconut milk, the seafood plus shrimp letting it simmer on low and garnish with parsley.
