WORK IT, PARTNER! Time to get your heart rate pumping with these pair drills. Remember to still maintain your 2 meter distance and follow all sanitary precautions. Exercises (x3 sets)... - Flat, High Ball x 4 - Corner Hop Pass x 4 times around - Running Out In x 3 per side - 90 Degree Drive with Hurdles x 3 - 180 Degree Turn x 3 per side Keep your passes short and quick. Always see the ball. Keep running until you catch it.

Remember to still maintain your 2 meter distance and keep up with your sanitary precautions. Exercises (x3 sets)... - Ball Control: Forward/Diagonal Pattern x 60 sec - Side Step Passing x 4 - Running Forward/Back x 6 - Ball Control: Forward Two Hands x 60 sec - Running Change of Direction x 4 Aim to where your partner wants the ball. Flick your wrists as you release the ball. Keep your fingers tips soft as you catch.

Exercises (x3 sets)... - Dead Leg x 3 per leg - Two Foot Maze x 3 per direction - Hop Pattern: 2 forward, 1 back x 3 - Single Leg Hop x 2 per leg - Box Hops x 30 seconds Really drive your knee up for the Dead Leg. Pump your arms. Cushion your landings with a slight bend in your knees.

LADDER DRILLS Here's a new round of agility ladder drills to start your week off! Remember to use your own equipment and stay at least two meters apart if you have a training partner. Exercises (x3 sets)... - River Dance x 4 - Single Leg Hop x 3 per side - Single Leg In & Out x 3 per side - Icky Leap x 4 Stay light on your toes. Start slow and gradually pick up speed. Keep your knees slightly bent to absorb impact. As always, have fun!

Exercises (x3 sets)... - V-cut Running x 30 secs - Side Step & Sprints x 3 per side - Quick Feet, Sprint, Quick Feet & Defensive Shuffle x 30 secs - Quick Side Steps x 30 secs - Back Diagonal Sprints x 5 per side Be deliberate with your change of directions. Pump your arms. Smaller steps are better steps.

Exercises (x3 sets) - Chest Pass (precision) x 20 - Stationary Wall Pass (single hand) x 10 per hand - High Wall Toss (jump squat) x 10 - Ball Control x 45 sec - Running Wall Pass x 45 sec Get power from your legs. Follow through with a flick of the wrist. Be intentional with each pass.
