He currently manages JRS' Contingency Reserve Fund and Depreciation Reporting services and was the first professional engineer in BC to become a Certified Reserve Planner.... Wesley's building science and materials engineering experience covers a broad range of assessment and rehabilitation projects, and he has provided design, financial analysis, project management and litigation support for a variety of projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. An active participant in the building science industry, Wesley takes part in professional committees and presents to industry groups and associations.
