Douglas College, through its English Language Learning and Acquisition (ELLA) Department, is offering tuition-free English language academic preparation classes for refugees, permanent residents, and Canadian citizens. These courses, which can be taken either full- or part-time, help students acquire the necessary academic and English language skills to gain entry into Canadian colleges and universities.
