Happy Holidays. We hope that everyone has a great break. One more day until holiday break!!! To get us ready for the last day, we would like to share a short story, "'Twas the Day Before Holiday Break". We hope you enjoy!!!

Reminder: - The final day for filling our Food Bank boat is Dec. 18. Please bring in non-perishable items to fill the boat! - Tomorrow for holiday spirit day is wear your plaid/flannel to school.

Hi All, In light of the news of Friday, our spirit week has changed slightly. Monday will remain as hoodie/cozy sweater day, but we are adding that you can wear your holiday sweaters if you have them (to make up for the following Monday which was scheduled as holiday sweater day). The only other change is Friday (the last day of school) will become PJ day instead of 'class choose a colour day'.

With the big-ticket bidding closing this evening, our 2020 online auction is complete. We can’t express how much we appreciate the support that our BCS family, friends, and local businesses have shown. Despite the challenges this year has brought us, we are truly humbled by the generosity of our school community. Thank you for supporting our students. Tonight we are grateful Bobcats!

UPDATE FROM BCS: 1) report cards have gone home to all families electronically. Please let us know if you haven't gotten yours. 2) The link to the book fair on our newsletter had a mistake. The correct link is: https://bookfairs-canada.myshopify.com/pages/5136558 3) We are collecting non-perishable items for the Food Bank. They can be sent in with your student and put in the boat in the lobby. 4) When picking up students, please be mindful and wear a masks when interacting with people.

Dear Bayview families: BCS term one report cards will be emailed to parents today. We will be using the email(s) on file at school provided by families, as they will not be coming in paper form from this time forward. The email should be received to families by the end of the school day. Please wait until after 4pm today before contacting the office and remember to check your junk/spam email folder. If you do not find the email after those, please contact the office.
