Bahram Rahman is a Ph.D. student in the Health Research Methodology program at McMaster University and joined the BDG team in September of 2019. He has a Master’s in public policy and works as a Senior Policy Advisor at the Ministry of Health, Ontario, in primary health care and health care transformation. Bahram researches different aspects of primary care access patterns, referral to specialist services and overa...ll primary care reform in Ontario. His thesis research explores linkages between primary health care and specialist services in Ontario by using health care administrative datasets and survey data.
