Another great story of service by our BC Ambulance and local police: one of our elderly clients needed help when he fell out of his wheelchair late at night and had to push his LifeSentry button we installed just a few days earlier. Police and Ambulance crews arrived minutes later to help the man get back to bed. Great job Victoria Police and BC Ambulance. Thank you for your service!

We had friends (without our alarm service) recently get broken into while away for just 2 days over the holidays. Remember, if you don't make updates and secure your home, some thieves return and try again after they've given you time to make your insurance claim! Be sure to call us (or at least someone!) and get an alarm or camera system to protect your home from thieves and vandals.

Our Personal Emergency Response System called Numera Libris has already saved one of our customer’s lives ONE DAY after install. Our client had a severe allergic reaction to a new medication and pushed her help button. Within minutes the EMT arrived and whisked her off to the hospital. Glad to see her alive and welland still mobile!
