Seeing that Valentine’s Day is almost one month away, our maintenance manager Pierre decided to carve out the word love using recycled wood for our We can build it workshop he demonstrated how he did each step and residents really enjoyed his workshop. They are glad that he made extras for them to creat their own Valentine’s Day door decor which will be part of our next craft for the love lane project next week :)

We had a wonderful day trip out in Vankleek Hill. Starting off this morning at the Vankleek Hill Farmers' Market and walked around to see what vendors were selling while listening to some outdoor musical entertainment. Next we had an outdoor picnic at the Arbor Art Gallery, and had a view of the Higginson Tower. Finally a guided tour with Jeannine Bastien, of the Philmar dairy farm and pony therapy with Buckeroo.
