Anyone FEEEL it mentally when you haven’t done any crafting in a while? I honestly feel a drop in my mental health when I don’t take the time to do my own crafts. This is why I’ve set up a creative practice for myself. Everyday for 1 hr I do something creative.... It could be something as simple as colouring or stitching or journaling BUT it makes a HUGE difference for my mental health. Tag 3 friends who understand this feeling!

It’s important to take time each day to relax. Everyday at 7pm, I working and do something that is fun, relaxing and doesn’t require too much power. Because, let’s face it by that time of night I’m !
