Good Sport

What do you want? The first exhibition at Good Sport, titled 'What do you want?' solicited anonymous answers to that exact question from members of London's arts community. The answers were compiled in a limited run publication (What do you want?) as well as a series of free takeaway posters. In an email announcement for the summer 2015 exhibition, Good Sport co-founders wrote:... Good Sport is a new studio and exhibition/project space in downtown London with big hopes. Stuff's happening here and we want to contribute to it. We've painted, we've cleaned up, we're excited, we're maybe a little naive, and we're going to officially open Good Sport on June 5th. In this spirit of collaboration and optimism, we're asking you to help us celebrate the official opening of Good Sport by contributing to it. We're asking you to answer one simple question [best expressed by London treasure Ryan Gosling]: What do you want? What do you want? What do you want? [God damnit] What do you want? Answer for you, answer for your loved ones, answer for your art, or answer for your city. We'll use all your answers for our opening exhibition. Five years later, we’re getting ready to re-open down the street at 402.5 Richmond Street. The current members of Good Sport, with Good Sport co-founder Ruth Skinner, would like to ask you once again: What do you want?
