Putting this out there. Here at Bear and the Cub we make our corned beef in a low sodium sweet pickle. I have had a couple customers say they want the traditional Newfoundland Salt Beef. Wondering if there is enough interest to warrant making a full batch. Please let us know.

New test bacon being made today....what is it you ask? Well most of us like a nice cup of coffee with our morning bacon so it has inspired me to make a Maple Coffee cured bacon. That's right folks, best of both worlds. Stay tuned for the results.
