An old bear roping video from 1934. From K.G. Hunt.... The government hunter was Floyd Pyle. This was his job from the late 1920s through 1944. He was required ...by the govt. to keep a journal during these years which I have in my possession. During 1 12 week period he took 12 mountain lion and a stock killing bear. Floyd is riding the sorrel paint (Cherokee) a well known horse in the Rim Country during his time. Edd Haught was the oldest son of Babe Haught and and is the other rider/roper in this film.
