Another snowmobile seat. Using another seat for basic measurement we stacked 2 inch high density foam then added one and a half inches of a softer foam on top for comfort. Then made a cover to fit.

Seat bottom. We matched the material as best we could and I left it in Will's hands to pattern, mark and cut all the pieces for me to sew together later. I don't want to say I'm proud but that's some damn good work for a first-timer!!! I should point out that he is a high school student that works for me part time. For now !

Anyone that knows me knows that I am bike fanatic all the way through!!! And for the past couple years I would do I ground up build on a play bike. This year I decided to build something different. This project started because I've been keeping a secret. I have been in negotiations on a Main Street storefront property and we are moving to our new location in the coming weeks and expanding the business. I figured since I would be in the downtown core I should have a quiet bi...ke. So this is my new creation. We took a running 50cc pit bike clone and removed the complete Driveline, seat and Plastics. Then it was dressed in blue and white Plastics to mimic my race bike and the rear swing arm was modified to mount a 1800 watt brushless motor. A battery box was belt to hold four 12 volt batteries run in sequence totalling 48 volts in the factory engine location. All that's left to do is finish the battery box cover, install a kickstand, Mount the electronic speed controller and finish the wiring. I should also mention that this is the first time I have ever done anything like this and it's a complete experiment.

Can't be showed up by a 17 year old kid. LOL Will did such a great job on his seat last night I had to make a great one myself.

I normally don't post other people's work. but this is made in my company name and I have to get used to having employees. Will the young fellow that works for me is stepping up his work skill and learned how to cut and pattern. I sewed it all together for him but the end result is impressive. So it passes with 100%. It's his first seat ever so Nice job.

Announcement... in the upcoming weeks we will be moving into our new business headquarters on Main Street Starbuck. And we will be making some upgrades to improve the quality of service and our product. The new additions to the business are a powder coating set up that can do Chrome pieces. And a 3D printer so we can make custom car Badges and seat medallions. I'm working on some big upcoming projects so keep watching.

Arctic Cat snowmobile seat. Customer asked for it to be 2 inches higher so we split and raised the top of the seat, tapered the front so it still fits correctly and made a custom cover to fit.

Custom Polaris Edge seat. Customer wanted to sit 4 inches closer to the handlebars. so we cut the seat back out and moved it 4 inches forwards and added layers of 2 inch high density foam to fill in the space. Then a custom cover was made to give it a factory appearance.
