I make mitts with the fur we trap and tan. Here is an explanation of why they are the only mitts our family will wear . When we began living on a trapline for the winter when our boys were little, we bought every mitt we could find that we thought would keep hands warm. Hundreds of dollars later, our hands were no warmer. So I decided to try to make an 'Arctic Special' mitt.
