HAND SANITIZER RECALL INFORMATION from Rocky Mountain Soap Company: When the pandemic hit, Health Canada approved using technical grade alcohol to manufacture hand sanitizer products. Some of our early batches (April & May) of the lemongrass Nomad included a diluted amount of this ingredient. Health Canada has recently advised us that any sanitizer that includes this technical alcohol needs a special label. This label wasn’t included on those batches which is why it’s now be...ing recalled. We want you to know that we have not used that technical grade alcohol in any other batches. For anyone who still has a bottle of the hand sanitizer from one of these early batches ( see next post for a link to a list of batch numbers) to please bring it into any Rocky Mountain Store or here to Bearfoot in the Park and you will get a replacement. Otherwise please take a photo of your label and contact our customer care team at [email protected] so we can ship a replacement bottle.
