To all of my consignors who have generously donated their items to the Proulx family, you’re all AMAZING! And to the consignors who have asked that their current payouts be directed towards the Proulx family, you guys just warmed my heart. I’m so grateful to live in a town that fights together when someone is in crisis. So thank you from the bottom of my heart

***Update*** We have been in contact with Porcupine Health Unit and we are able to hold this event! Please keep in mind that we do have to follow their direction, so masks must be worn, sanitizer must be used and we will have to take down names and contact info for everyone who attends. Now just to find a venue

Consignors - to all who have asked us to donate their items, I’ve been having trouble finding somewhere willing to accept such a large donation, however I think I’ve found a solution that will greatly help a family from our very own community. There’s a family in crisis here in town right now. (Their story is in the screenshot below). This is a family who has given to our community countless times, who has helped many people in need and are truly just GOOD people! They’re ver...y close to my heart, as my children have played hockey with Seb from the time they were little. I’d like to hold a sale (hoping to rent out a hall to make it easier) and price everything as donation only, and ALL profit from this event would go directly to the family. Hopefully you’re all agreeable to that idea as this family truly could use our help! Anyone who has requested their items to be returned to them will still have their items returned unless you have specifically given me other instructions . We’re just waiting on instruction from the Porcupine Health Unit on how we can safely proceed with this event, and then we will announce a date (aiming for very soon as this family could use the help ASAP).
