We continue to encourage you to practice social distancing, wear a mask whenever you are outside of your home, or can not maintain physical distance of 6 feet with someone you don’t live with, and practice hand hygiene. ... Physical Distancing, means changes to our day-to-day lives to minimize close contact with others, whether we know them or not. With patience and cooperation, we can do this together. Regular day to day life: 1 Covid-19 positive person infects 2.5 people in 5 days and in 30 days 406 people can be infected. Practicing Social Distancing: With 75% less contact 1 Covid-19 positive person infects .625 people in 5 days or ONLY 2.5 people in 30 days. Physical distancing has proven to stop the spread of Covid-19, and minimize the risk of contracting Covid-19. Protect yourself, protect your loved ones, protect your community. If you are feeling unwell, taking your temperature is one way to self-monitor your health and see if a fever is present. This can be done twice a day, in the morning and the evening. Normal body temperature is 37 degrees Celsius and varies from to 1 degree Celsius. A fever is considered to be a temperature of over 38 degrees Celsius...
