I feel like there isn’t enough information about lash extensions out there. If your lashes are causing you pain , ask your lash technician why or see a new one. Your lashes should be pain free and feel soft. You shouldn’t be able to feel the glue on your extensions. Lash extensions wether it be I or O or both (YI) the extension is to ONLY be attached to one real lash. And should O NLY be 3mm longer than your own... natural lash I see women with such long lashes, and their real lash is super tiny?!? This is causing too much weight on your natural lash. Which can cause damage to your natural lash and can cause them to fall out sooner than normal or give up on growing back. If your lash I takes 20-30 mins to do... your lash technician is rushing! You should probably look into a new technician. It takes time to fill the lashes you’ve lost between the 3- 4 weeks. Just like anything else if you go the cheaper route you are pretty much asking for your natural lashes to be destroyed. Lash extensions aren’t cheap. Full sets can take anywhere from 1h and half - 2h long, they can range from $100-$300 depending where you’re going and what kind of lashes you’re getting. You should be getting touch-ups 0-2 weeks or Fills 2-3 weeks. Can range anywhere from $30 and up touch-ups tend be less then fills as you come every two weeks. You shouldn’t go any longer than 4 weeks without a fill as you lose 1-5 lashes daily. To keep your lashes looking & it’s best to come at least every 3 weeks! After I’m done doing a full set, touch up or fill I always check my work to make sure none of the lashes are stuck together. Somethings to avoid to ensure your lashes stay separate from attaching to other lashes Keep your distance from heat! Heat can cause your lashes to stick together. Make sure to keep your lash extensions away from your lighters, fires, ovens, blow dryers etc. Check your lash technicians work!
