More often than not, we can walk you through a few ideas and set up an appointment for a test ride on a few bikes that will suit your needs. We feel confident that we can do the same with almost any product we have in stock. When you are ready, give us a call. Dropping Off - When dropping off a bike for service, we ask that you call us before coming in. We will set up an appointment time and make sure we have your information. Once you arrive, you will leave your bike... From there you can be on your way and we will follow up with a quote via email or phone call. Once you accept your quote, your bike will be added to our service queue. Picking Up - When picking up a serviced bike, we ask that you call us to make an appointment or give us a call about 10-15 minutes before you come and we will do our best to have your bike ready and waiting for you. We are also offering the option of paying for your service work over the phone before you pick up your bike. We understand that sometimes you need extras, like a tube, lubricant or a shiny new bell. If this is the case we ask that you communicate this to us ahead of time. Stay up to date These new measures are meant to keep you and the staff at Beaufort Cycles safe. Cumberland trail report: all trails from rugburn down on west side are clear. Anything above rugburn is covered in 3 of snow. Swamp monster has 2 of snow in Some areas mostly rideable. Upper crafty has snow on first bridge the rest is mainly rideable after first hill. I flew down double pumper but its covered. After that did full 50:1 which is mint right now especially the bottom.
