New rules for Covid 19 announced today reinforce what we at Beaujena’s have been doing since August. Guests must wear masks at any time they are not seated at their table. As per the photo, all diners will be at least 2 meters apart. Maximum guests per table - 4. Your safety is important to us.

COME CELEBRATE A BELATED BIRTHDAY. Since we were closed for four months due to Covid19 we want to let you know that if your birthday was in March, April, May or June, we will gladly accept your birthday gift cards now or anytime in the future. WE HOPE TO SEE YOU SOON.

We want to thank everyone who purchased gift certificates during our four- month pandemic closure. While we had no other sales or revenue, your support helped us pay ongoing fixed costs like utilities and taxes. Thankfully we are able to be open again (at reduced capacity) and no longer need to borrow against future sales. We hope to see you at the restaurant soon.

We’re all masked up and ready to serve. We take our guests safety (and our own) very seriously so we ask that all guests entering the restaurant please wear a mask. You can take it off when seated at a table. This has been our policy since August. We hope to see you soon.

GREAT NEWS! Beaujena’s is opening soon! We are very excited to be re-opening on July 10. Chef Randy has had four months to work on new menu ideas and Beaujena is eager to provide the warmth and hospitality she is famous for. It’s going to be a little different than when we closed on March 9 (which seems SO long ago). Health protocols like social distancing will mean fewer people in the restaurant but the food and service will be at the same high standard as before. MORE DELICIOUS DUMPLINGS. As you all know, at Beaujena’s we work closely with local Manitoba farms employing sustainable and regenerative agricultural practices. Our restaurant is temporarily closed so on April 30 we will be joining Luna Field Farm, https://www.lunafieldfarm.com/farm-store/online-order-form/ at their bi-weekly farm-to-eater delivery in Winnipeg (corner of McMillan Ave and Guelph St) to offer two special stuffed potato dumplings featuring their products: 1. ro...asted chicken and kimchee with cranberry pomegranate sauce, 2. Beer and honey braised pork with pan reduction. Price is $9 per dozen. They are sold frozen for easy storage and cooking (just drop the frozen dumplings in gently boiling water for 6-8 minutes). At the restaurant and at home we use their free-range chickens and eggs as well as pastured pork. I encourage everyone interested in agriculture done the right way to check them out. Last week-end we partnered with Fresh Roots Farm which supplies us with grass-fed beef, pastured lamb and honey, to offer two different stuffed potato dumplings featuring their products; a Mediterranean lamb dumpling with honey mustard and mint sauce and the beef bourguignon dumpling with red wine jus.
