Facial Steam Bathing... Make sure you clean your skin before you start. Use a non-soap, pH balanced cleanser, such as Beaulance Sea Rose Cleanse Lotion. Heat to a comfortably hot level a small pot of purified water. Lean over and cover face and pot with towel. Allow your precious facial skin to absorb the steam for several minutes. Great for cleansing the pores and for hydrating. An option is to add colloidal or other liquid minerals to the hot water to enhance its benefit...s. Then pat dry! If doing this at bedtime, best not to moisturize afterwards, except for those dry and wrinkled areas around the mouth and eyes.
