Hey everyone. Just wanted to take afew moments to update everyone. Tomorrow Wednesday the 16 I will be helping out the folks at Scotia Bank with a charity bbq. They will be serving up mild sausage on a bun from 11-2. That being said it looks like that will be my last time outside till spring (around May 24). I have moved into the arena concession for the winter and things have just geared up. I plan on doing some exciting things in there for the winter so you can find me there. Thanks for the support and we hope to see you tomorrow at the scotia bank. Stay hungry friends.

Good morning everyone! I just want to thank everyone for all the support at the Kirkton fair we had a great weekend! A shout out to Becky De Wit and all the organizers and volunteers that put the fair on! A big congrats to Dan Scheerer for a second place finish! He’s had Beaus Grill on his car for 3 years now and I appreciate it! I’m gonna be back out this week with the cart then things will start over at the arena so I’ll keep everyone posted because I’m not 100% sure on a full schedule yet. Things are getting closer there I have been working at getting it set up in my evenings slowly but surly buying used things I need and stocking up. Have a great Monday everyone!

Good morning everyone. I just wanted to let everyone know I couldn’t stalk up yesterday due to the holiday so I won’t be out with the cart today. I had planned on being out but that was a oversight on my part. This weeks schedule for the cart will now be a short one. I will be out Wednesday and Thursday. Then Friday-Sunday is the Kirkton fair. I know not everyone who enjoys coming down is on Facebook so please pass on the word when you hear someone complaining I’m not out lol. After this weekend things will be slowly starting up in the arena I will try to do both but it’s gonna be hard to schedule when I can be out. Thanks for being patient and a big thanks to the agriculture society again for having me at the fair. Have a great day everyone!

Hey everyone! Thank you so much for the support at the fair. We had to shut down the booth alittle early I apologize for the inconvenience. You sold us out of almost everything! It was a learning curve and I am able to have things figured out for the fast approaching hockey season. A special thanks to my helpers and everyone who came by. I have made the menu for the fair this is not the full menu or prices for the arena this winter. I will also be doing breakfast sandwiches Sunday morning. Hello everyone. Thanks for being patient with my weekend off. Had a great time playing ball and giving out fries down in the park Sunday night. Great music even Harry the lama was into it. I also had some time to perfect some new deep fried treats for the arena. Hand cut onion rings, Mac and cheese bites, homemade mozza sticks and some deep fried pickle slices. Definitely comfort food.

Hello everyone I know I haven’t posted much this year but you guys have been keeping me hopping. I just wanted to let everyone know abit of a schedule for the next few weeks. I won’t be out this Saturday and Sunday due to my year end ball tournament I’ve really enjoyed playing again this year after my broken wrist a few years ago. The weekend after that the long weekend I will be in the arena booth for the fair instead of my spot. Then the weekend after that 6-8 I will be at ...the Kirkton fair. Come see me at these locations if you want some food. Thanks for all your support this summer. I did get the arena concession booth for the winter months so everyone will be able to enjoy beaus all year long. This being said it’s going to be hard to keep the cart out this fall. I’m going to try to run both as long as I can into the fall but please be patient with me because the arena will take priority when the hockey season starts. Have a great day everyone! See more

Good morning everyone. I’m all stocked up once again. I had everything ordered for this morning and thought I would make it through. I appreciate all the business and will try to be more prepared. I do have to mention I will only be open till 3:30 today. I’m sorry for the interruption but I am heading to a big night in Seaforth serving food. It is a night filled with music. This night is to raise money for the Tanner Steffler Foundation. Looks like a fun night headlining a queen tribute band.

Hello everyone. Long time updating my page. I haven’t gave any updates this spring due to some broken parts on the cart weather and permits. I still can’t give a opening date but it will be soon. The weather has finally turned and I can’t wait to be back out! This weekend is the Clinton demolition derby and Beaus Grill has put their name on Dan Scheerer’s car once again. Big shout out to him. If you want to watch a good show it’s Friday night at 8pm at the Clinton race way. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone soon and I’ll keep you updated.

A big thanks to everyone that made Saturday nights Rotary Clubs hospice event a success! We had a great time serving sausage and having some craft beers and wine. Cheers!
