It's about time we look after our mental health the same way. It has taken me years, and years, and years to understand this. And, I'd be the first to admit I still don't understand the depth of it. ... But, taking care of myself mentally has become just as important as taking care of me physically. After a couple of traumatic experiences, I wonder if I would of lived a better, more fulfilled life if I would have done this sooner?
