Thank you for reading our current post. This year has certainly been different due to Covid-19. Victoria has shown to be popular with guests coming from all over Canada to spend some time in this lovely city and area. The rentals are busy and doing well and this year we have been offering the best deals. We have been seeing a lot more longer term of one or month rentals even in our lovely Pandora short term rental condo. Here are our current availability: (as of Oct 30, 2020).... For the Pandora condo we are mostly booked for Nov and Dec 2020 but there are still some days remaining if you want a few days in Victoria. We have a great price ($89/night) for a month rental for January 2021 in our Pandora downtown condo in the Union Pandora Building. February and March 2021 are booked. This includes a large patio and secure parking. If you book with us direct there is no booking fees and as well for 30+ days we can waive the 16% Taxes. Cleaning fee is $65 and refundable Damage Deposit is $500. Our Pearl 2 bedroom fully furnished all inclusive suites are booked now into 2021. However, the upper suite is available for 30+ day rentals starting April 2021. This can be rented for any number of days with a minimum of 30 days and can start and stop on any date so you are not locked into a month to month. Need 5 weeks or 159 nights. No Problem!! There may be some restrictions in place but you will have no problems getting meals, seeing the sites, and generally enjoying the diverse and wonderful activities available in Victoria and area this summer. "Spend Your Holidays in Victoria This Year" From March at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic we saw all our summer bookings for our lovely downtown Victoria condo go up in smoke. After many of months of no bookings many of the local Victoria short term vacation rental suites were converted to regular 30 day or more rentals and many were put up for sale. When we started our short term vacation rental business in August 2017 we had high hopes of providing a superior 5-star acco...mmodation suitable for families and at a price point giving great value and a fantastic accommodation. We are happy to say we are still in business, we are still providing the same 5-star accommodation, and plan to continue to provide an excellent place for a B.C. holiday this year and in the future. "Renting During COVID-19" Running a short term vacation rental at this time is very difficult. Normally by now our April to September bookings for our popular downtown Victoria condo are fairly advanced with over 75% days booked. However, as soon as COVID-19 made travel difficult and forced us all to Social Distance we saw all of our March to end of May short-term bookings disappear in just a few days. In all cases we gave a 100% full refund and an understanding response back..., despite many of the bookings being past their agreed on cancellation dates. But we remain hopeful and plan to be continuing to provide this excellent short term rental both now and in the future to Victoria guests who look for value and quality in their rental choice. We are now providing 7 to 28 night bookings until the end of May at heavily discounted prices (from $75/night plus cleaning fee and taxes).
