Beauty from the inside out

Hey Hey, Happy Valentine's day Hope everyone has a special day with a loved one! I've been MIA the last couple days as I have caught this nasty cold going around, feeling much better after a good night's rest.... I'm attempting my first work out in phase 2 and hope to sweat this shit out, once and for all I'm reaching out today in hopes you'll do me/yourself a favor this wk! I want you to track down these 4 things: *FOOD- how are you fueling your body (good + not so good for you choices) *EXERISE- how many hrs do you move your body? *SLEEP- Are you getting 7-8 hrs a night? *WATER- Do you drink 8 cups of water a day? If by the end of the wk, you notice that you are struggling in any of these area's LET'S TALK- I'm here here to serve and guide you on the right path!!!! All you have to do is reach out! I got you!!!!!

Day 26 What does that mean It means I finished in phase 1 of 80 day obsession!... How am I feeling you ask? I have so much gratitude, I was unsure I'd be able to do this program, had doubts on fitting in hr work outs plus devote my time to meal planning and prep! But I DID, yes I Did!!!! Why???? Because I'm worth it! I feel so amazing and proud, for setting goals and finishing strong! Doing things I once said I couldn't do and proving to myself there is no such thing as can't!!! My endorphins are at an all time high!!! PHASE 2 starts Monday I SAY bring it! UNSTOPPABLE IT'S NOT WHEN YOU START THAT MATTERS, IT'S THAT YOU START
