This is not a regular Wednesday class! Please be advised that this session you will need your yoga mat, journal, pen, blanket and comfy clothes. Cost is $16 (loyalty members can use their cards for this session).

These classes will be held at the Morpeth Community Centre. Start date is Monday February 3rd and will run for 8 weeks. 7-8pm. Beginners are welcome. If you are new to my classes please come a few minutes early to fill out consent form. $12 drop in fee or buy the full 8 weeks for $80. Please register at 226-627-1450.

Hi Friends. I look forward to seeing you tonight at 7:30 for our first class back this year. This class will be a very basic and gentle opening session. If you can come a few minutes early to get yourself situated, and so I can welcome everyone before we begin, that would be very much appreciated. Have a wonderful day and I will see you this evening
