SELF CARE// yesterday in my stories, I took you along my day of self care. I went for an energy healing session (kinda witchy huh?), a facial, lunch on my own and then physiotherapy to wrap it all up. I had a day all to myself. No kids. No husband. Just me! It was much needed after the busyness of my business. And now, I feel ready to take on another busy week ahead. No tricks! All treats So what about YOU? Do YOU make self care a priority?
