Tofield/Beaver County West FCSS and Viking/Beaver FCSS have partnered with AG Safe Alberta to have them facilitate a mental health and wellness workshop specifically targeting our local farmers and agricultural community members. This workshop will take place November 5, 2021, from 10am to 2pm via zoom. Participants will learn about mental health and illness, recognizing the signs and how to respond, and promoting personal wellbeing. We hope you can join us. Our Beaver County ARISE Coalition invite you to join us for a presentation facilitated by Turning Point about the Stigma of Addiction on Oct 21st from 12:00pm t...o 1:30pm via zoom. Following the presentation, a panel discussion will take place with our AHS Addictions and Mental Counsellors, Rural Mental Health Animators, and our AHS Health Promotion Facilitators.
