Hello All! We would like to start by saying THANK YOU to all whom have mailed in their registrations. We appreciate it very much! Because we still don't have enough we are willing to EXTEND REGISTRATION UNTIL APRIL 14, 2020. We are still hoping to be able to play May 1, 2020. However most Associations are following the Federal Mandate which claims "by the end of May" is when we should start resuming normal activities. We still have the photographer on for our pictures.(I'...m sure I can work with him to get another date that works for us) We have not actively pursued any sponsors for soccer due to uncertainty to our start date. Kids may be playing soccer in shirts purchased by Beaverlodge Soccer in various colors. If we are given the "go" by the end of May then soccer will begin June 1 2020 and play through until end of July. Because I am technology challenged (LOL) I am unable to do a survey on FB. SO I am asking "if you are interested or not" just respond on this thread. We are trying very hard to make sure that our kids have soccer this year. I am in touch with Grande Prairie Soccer as they are having similar issues. The only other option we have is to cancel soccer. We are doing everything we can so that doesn't happen as I imagine kids will be thrilled to be out of the house by then. (Parents too? ) If we do end up cancelling then everyone who sent in their payment will, of course, get a refund. *If you haven't signed up please download our Registration Form off of our website beaverlodgesoccer.com and mail in with your payment. Registration March 16, 2020 MPR Room at The Beaverlodge Pool 1024 4th Avenue 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm... RULES FOR TONIGHT REGISTRATION!! 1) We ask that if your children are sick (runny nose, coughing, any type of respiratory infections) that you please leave your children at home. 2) If you (parent) are sick our forms are available for download and that you mail it in along with payment to Box 1310, Beaverlodge AB 3) No more than 25 people in the room at one time. (There is a bench in the hall or we can add chairs as well.) 4) All forms will be filled out by Board Members and we will be wearing gloves. There will be pens available for parents to sign. 5) Yes you can fill out your own forms and bring them in to pay us. 6) There is hand sanitizer by each door as you go into the MPR room. Please feel free to use it. There is also a sink inside with hand soap. 7) All chairs set up inside the room will be one meter apart. This is a mandated safety precaution. Doors open 4:30 pm as we need to make sure sanitization has been done from previous renter. Do not worry! We will get your child registered!! Thank you all for your understanding!
