Here is the progress update pics of the hand made wooden boxes for the Golden Arrow RL-201 box. It's literally taken hundreds upon hundreds upon hundreds of hours to figure out all aspects of not only the design, but how to properly fabricate it, and machine everything and to do justice to the Golden Arrows. When you see what is coming next, it is my hope it will do justice to the legacy of a Canadian icon. I hope you like it. Joseph

I know the lights on this part need to be white and the eagle has to be sanded. I just wanted to run a test to see how some of the lighting would look. Not bad! Not bad. One step at a time. This will look stunning when it's completed. Stay tuned everyone. :) -Joseph

Almost ready at long last, to finally begin the assembly of the hand made box for the Golden Arrow. Feeling the heft of this box, carries with it, the immense struggles, hardships and tests over the last 18 months, especially the last 12. Finally, after burning out a spindle and a host of other issues, the inside of the boxes for the Golden Arrow have finished the machining process. This was the 7th attempt to get it perfect which required hundreds of hours of machining in total with about 40 to get these two completed. Next up is to deburr the wood, meticulously sand it and then...the magic can finally begin. Not bad eh? I can recall modeling every single vertex of this...think nano scale. Lol. You just watch... what comes next. Every Golden Arrow produced and sold will have this level of insane detail applied to the packaging. The packaging must and will match the stunning beauty of these unique coins. Once we finish this stage and have totally worked out every little detail of all aspects of this package, then subsequent sales will go much, much faster. Thank you to our gracious collectors for understanding our obsession with perfection, our quest to achieve it, the patience to dedicate ourselves to the task and utterly relentless drive to ensure it gets done up to our extreme standards. We are proud of this work. Very, very proud.

Honoured to transfer our largest royalty payment to the RCAF Association to date! Slowly, step by step, it's all coming together. Had to begin a new run of machining the boxes for the Golden Arrows after a miscalculation of 1mm. Now it should be all dialed and locked. This is going to look ridiculous when it's finished. :)

100 micron precision. 13 hrs later...25% done the inside of Golden Arrow RL-201. The packaging for these beloved and iconic 2.01 Troy Oz. Gold coins will set the standard....because we can...

Happy Canada Day everyone!

We finally after long last, received our resupply of our AVRO Arrow and Lancaster flight badges and we have packaged them up and will ship them out shortly. Slowly we are bringing this technical behemoth back online and this time, we won't have the delays in the past haunt us as we proceed forward. I wanted to thank everyone for your patience, support and understanding during this time. Once we light everything back up...and resume... it will be a good thing because as leade...r of Beaverworks, I always keep my word. NO doubts we have experienced more delays than are reasonable but rest assured, I am working tirelessly behind the scenes, chopping off all the heads that serve to impede or delay this and my friends...be inspired. I gave my word to this country I would finish this collection and never sacrifice quality under any conditions. When you see the final Golden Arrows and this magnificent, hand made by me personally, packaging, it is my hope that you all feel I've done right by this country, to honour our past and inspire our future.
